What We Collect

When you use Klokdout, we store the data you provide:

• Account information (email, business name, phone, address)
• Client data (names, contact info, addresses)
• Job and scheduling data
• Quotes, invoices, and catalog items
• Photos you upload for jobs

We also collect basic usage analytics (page views, feature usage) to improve the product. We do not track you across other websites.

How We Store Your Data

Your data is stored securely in the cloud using Supabase, which provides encryption at rest and in transit. Photos and files are stored in encrypted cloud storage. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

Third Parties

We share data with a limited number of services to operate Klokdout:

• Stripe— processes your subscription payments. We never see or store your credit card number.
• Supabase— hosts our database and file storage.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers. Ever.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies, only for authentication (keeping you logged in). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account and request deletion, we will remove all your data within 30 days. To request deletion, email us at support@klokdout.com.

Your Rights (CCPA / GDPR)

Regardless of where you live, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data (available in Settings)
• Opt out of any marketing communications

We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.
