The Service

Klokdout is a web-based field service application that helps solo contractors manage scheduling, quoting, invoicing, and client records. The service is provided as a progressive web app accessible through your browser.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not share your account with others or use the service for illegal purposes. You must be at least 18 years old to use Klokdout.

Billing & Cancellation

Klokdout costs $19 per month, billed through Stripe. Your subscription begins after your 14-day free trial. You can cancel at any time from your Settings page — no phone calls, no hoops.

When you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. If your payment fails, we'll notify you and give you a reasonable window to update your payment method before suspending access.

Your Data

You own your data. The client records, invoices, quotes, photos, and any other content you create in Klokdout belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your data, and we will not use it for any purpose other than providing the service.

You can export your data at any time from Settings. If you cancel your subscription and would like your data deleted, email us at support@klokdout.com and we will remove all your data within 30 days.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything illegal
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
• Upload malicious files or content
• Resell access to the service

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Service Availability

We strive to keep Klokdout available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance or updates. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime in advance.

Limitation of Liability

Klokdout is provided "as is." We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months prior to any claim.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may also terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service. If we discontinue the service, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and the ability to export your data.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
